Craig Allen Miller, age 61, of Peculiar, passed away on Sunday, February 18, 2024.
Craig was born in Kansas City, Missouri on November 4, 1963, to Charles and Charlyne Miller.
He graduated from Raymore Peculiar High School where he was a volunteer firefighter, then later went on to become an EMT/Paramedic. Continuing his education, Craig graduated from Baker University with a Bachelor’s in Business. He then went on to work at Honeywell for over 30 years. He was an avid outdoorsman and was most happy hunting, backpacking, hiking, and traveling.
Craig also loved technology and was a very skilled handyman, willing to help anyone in need. He was active in Scout Troop 32 for many years and earned his Eagle Scout Award. His most notable project was the walking trail in Raymore Memorial Park.
Craig was preceded in death by his first wife, Rebecca “Becky” Wilkinson Miller.
Cherishing his memory are his loving wife, Nancy Miller; parents, Charles and Charlyne Miller; three daughters, Cindy Harvey, Cathy Moore (Kevin), and Rebecca Lincoln; grandchildren, Evelyn Harvey, Kendall Harvey, and Elijah Cheatum; brother, Chris Miller (Susan Verstraete); brother and sister in laws, Tommie and Lisa Wilkinson, and David and Kellee Wilkinson; eight nieces and nephews, Andrew, Sarah, Amy, Logan, Katie, Dylan, Jared, and Justin; and beloved canine companion, Rocky.
A visitation will be held from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, February 26, 2024, at Cullen Funeral Home, 612 W. Foxwood Dr. Raymore. A graveside service will follow immediately at Raymore Cemetery in Raymore.
