PECULIAR – A “clean” rating is the best possible outcome for a public entity’s annual audit, and that is how Novak Birks, PC rated the West Peculiar Fire District for its year ending Sept. 30.
Rich Birks was present at the board meeting Tuesday evening to present the audit report and answer any questions. He said there were no difficulties, no misstatements, and no deficiencies. His only recommendation was that the board members be added as authorized check signers.
