Since July, the Cass County Health Department has been offering free COVID-19 testing to county residents who have had exposure to a person who has tested positive for COVID-19 or has been experiencing symptoms of COVID-19.
Starting next week, the two weekly testing events will be open to anyone 6 years of age or older who lives, works, or goes to school in Cass County, with or without symptoms or exposure.
Drive-through testing events take place every Wednesday at Belton Regional Medical Center (17065 S US-71, Belton) and Thursday at Cass Regional Medical Center (2800 Rock Haven Rd, Harrisonville) from 7 a.m. to noon,
Appointments are required and can be made online on the Cass County Health Department website. Those without access to online registration can call the Cass County Health Department office at 816-380-8425 during regular business hours for registration assistance.
