Missouri House District 56 candidate Ryan Johnson, a Republican, has chosen not to participate in the North Cass Herald candidate roundup prior to the August primary.
The current North District Cass County Commissioner indicated by email early in the process that he would be willing to field and answer written questions by email, but that is not the policy of the North Cass Herald. We insist on personal interviews either in person or by phone.
Johnson will be involved in a three-way race for the right to face Democrat Pam Jenkins Hatcher in the November general election. In the August primary, he'll face incumbent Michael Davis and political newcomer Todd Berck.
