Juvenile brandishes replica gun outside Belton Middle School

A 16-year-old juvenile was arrested Thursday afternoon following an incident involving a replica pistol outside Belton Middle School, 107 Pirate Parkway.


According to Belton Police, the incident occurred around 4:30 p.m. when the suspect allegedly brandished the gun at other juveniles, who then contacted an adult inside the building.


Officers responded to the scene, arrested the suspect and recovered the replica pistol, according to Lt. Dan Davis of the Belton Police Department.


No one was injured in the incident, according to police.
