The Cass County Prosecutor’s Office has now charged Charles E. Baldwin, Jr., with the murder of Christopher Bell outside the Spring Valley apartments in Belton on Friday.
Baldwin, 38, is charged with murder, armed criminal action, unlawful use of a weapon, felon in possession of a weapon, and other charges.
Charles Baldwin is 6 feet, 0 inches tall, 160 pounds, with distinctive tattoos on his neck and face. Of particular note is a “GUCCI” tattoo above his right eye, according to Belton Police. The suspect is known to drive a red BMW sedan with unknown license plates.
